Professional on-page SEO includes page titles, metadata, local business schema, a sitemap and Google Search Console setup, with ongoing health checks. Specific rankings, traffic or sales are not guaranteed.
Optional extras are priced separately. Additional pages or specialist functionality can be quoted to match your needs.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. Choose “Use one I own” below. For a new domain, one supported standard domain is included while subscribed, subject to availability. Premium, aftermarket, unusually priced or unsupported domains may need a separate quote.
Australian visitors start with .com.au; other supported markets start with .com. Your choice is confirmed in the configurator.
How long does it take?
Timing depends on your scope, content and feedback. Once your brief is in, Astra will confirm the next steps and expected build timeline with you. Follow progress, review previews and share feedback in your Web Design portal.
Can I make updates myself?
You can manage the business tools available in your portal and send website changes to Astra. We handle the website design and build. Unlimited minor changes cover text, images, contact details, opening hours and small content or layout adjustments. Major redesigns, new pages and new functionality can be quoted separately.
Is there a lock-in contract?
The monthly base plan has no setup fee and no minimum subscription term. The annual option is a 12-month commitment. Website transfer eligibility has separate conditions, including six months of base-plan payments. Review all subscription, transfer and payment terms below before checkout.

The customer owns and pays for their Shopify account directly. Shopify subscription fees, payment-processing fees, transaction fees, paid apps and other Shopify charges are not included in the Astra IT Managed Website subscription.
A $249 one-time Shopify setup fee applies to a new store or a new theme selected for an existing store. Monthly and annual options, Astra+ and selected setup costs are calculated in the Studio. Review the exact total before checkout.
How do I get started?
- Choose a domain, design direction, branding, content and any optional extras.
- Add your business and account details as part of the existing configuration process.
- Review your exact total and terms before continuing to secure Stripe checkout.
- Verify your email after payment, then use your Web Design portal for previews, files and feedback.
Subscription, transfer & payment terms
The monthly base plan has no setup fee and no minimum subscription term. Annual subscriptions cover a 12-month commitment. Hosting and managed services depend on an active subscription; source code and third-party licences do not automatically transfer.
Transfer eligibility (6 months of plan payments)
The managed domain and available website project files become eligible for transfer after at least 6 months of base-plan payments have been received.
Early transfer (Pay out to month 6)
If you want to leave earlier, you can pay the remaining base-plan amount required to bring your total payments up to 6 months. Once that amount and any other outstanding invoices are paid, the eligible domain and website files can be transferred.
Payment overdue (7-day suspension policy)
If payment remains unpaid 7 days after its due date, Astra IT may suspend the managed website and related managed services until the account is brought up to date.
Customer content & licensing
Customer-supplied logos, images, copy and other customer-owned materials remain the customer's materials. Third-party software, services and licensed components remain subject to their respective licence terms.
