One secure view for genuine business communication.
Email sent to approved Astra IT addresses is centrally received in an authorised Gmail account. The Email Operations Centre helps an administrator review and organise that communication without granting email content the ability to control the system.
Reply triage
Highlights conversations that may need a response and distinguishes them from threads awaiting a customer.
Human-reviewed assistance
Can prepare an AI-assisted reply suggestion, but an authorised Astra IT administrator must review and approve it.
Receipt capture
Recognises likely invoices or receipts and securely links eligible attachments to Astra IT's private receipt workflow.
Google data access
Only the Gmail access required to operate the inbox.
Astra IT requests the gmail.modify and gmail.compose OAuth scopes. Access begins only after the Gmail account holder gives explicit consent and can be revoked from their Google Account at any time.

- Create a Gmail draft inside the original thread after an administrator approves a suggested reply.

Protected authorisation
OAuth credentials and refresh tokens remain server-side. Stored refresh tokens are encrypted before being written to the application database.
Untrusted content isolation
Incoming email is treated as untrusted input. It cannot issue system instructions, expose credentials or independently trigger unrestricted administrative actions.
Operational storage only
Message metadata, review state and approved business attachments are retained only where needed to provide the inbox and record-keeping workflows.
No advertising or data sale
Google user data is not sold, rented or used for advertising. Astra IT's use of Google information is limited to delivering this administrative functionality.
Astra IT's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
